Our famous dry aged beef, aged in our Himalayan  salt chamber for  a minimum of 32 days. A mixture of Longhorn, Aberdeen Angus & Hereford. Centre cut is a fully trimmed fillet with the tail and chateaubriand removed, Perfect for a beef wellington.
