Spring Boned and Rolled Loin of Lamb

Spring Lamb or Lamb refers to animals younger that 1 years old, and is known for being fantastically tender lamb. 

Spring Boneless Loin should be cooked quickly and eaten pink, due to the nature of of this tender joint. If stuffed allow for extra time to ensure the stuffing is cooked through.  

Single Loin: serves 3/4 Portions 600-700g (Stuffed Add 100g)

Double Loin Server 7-8 Portions - 1.2 - 1.4 kg (Stuffed Add 200g)
