We will start by learning how to break down the whole animal into primal and more.
Our Master Butcher will take you through all the cuts of this hugely versatile animal.
Learn where your bacon comes from, what goes into sausages and which cuts will give you the best crackling.
Once the whole animal is broken down, we will take a whole shoulder of pork each and we will sharpen your knife skill as you be boning out the whole shoulder ready for roasting.
A butcher’s knot is an essential skill: We will teach you our way and you will learn to roll your own shoulder up ready for the oven at home.
Ever used a butcher’s chopper? Have ago at chopping your own pork chops.
Learn the art of sausage making; choose from our selection of seasonings and create your own sausage.
Using a sausage filler is quite an art, with our help using natural sausage casings, fill your own sausage.
