A fabulous gift experience for those who would like a hands-on lesson in meat and traditional butchery skills. This is a great opportunity for our customers to try their hand at light butchery skills, learn more about where the meat comes from and pick up some handy tips and hints on how to get the most from each cut.

Learn about the unique dry-aging process of our beef, in our bespoke fridge lined with beautiful pink Himalayan salt bricks

Our master butcher will show you a whole body of beef, fore quarter and hind quarter, explaining the different cuts.  Plus a demonstration on a top of beef, showing how to bone, roll and tie.

Get stuck in yourself, with 2hrs of hands-on work learning some invaluable butchery skills

Pork - £99 per person

Our master butcher will take you through all the cuts of this hugely versatile animal

Learn where your bacon comes from, what goes into sausages and which cuts will give you the best crackling

The class will focus on cutting up a side of pork, plus boning, rolling and tying a shoulder of pork

Also have a go at sausage making, using our hand filler and sausage linking
