Part of the joy of sourcing from small, family run farms is that the rearing of livestock isn't just a business, but a way of life. Cattle farmers are seriously dedicated to their herd and their land - something that we believe truly reflects in the quality of the meat they're able to offer as a result.

We understand that traditional dry aged beef is the best.
Unlike other butchers, our beef is dry-aged naturally in a bespoke fridge, which has been uniquely designed to enhance both flavour and texture throughout our aging process.
This unique room uses a dry aging system. This is involves an ultra violet light an air flow bacteria illuminator and humidity, temperature alarms insuring the perfect consistence environment is maintained.
What's in the kitchen?
Tucked away at the back of our farm shop, the Jesse Smith Kitchen is a hive of activity.
As well as producing our own range of gourmet sausages rolls, pies and glazed hams, in 2016 we have now introduced an exclusive range of bread, cakes, Pastries and a selection of home cooked ready meals, and with our new farm shop opening in February we will be making freshly made filled baguettes and sandwiches and hot daily hot meals..
